Please review our academy policies, including lesson schedules, attendance, payments, cancellations, and other important guidelines for students and families.

Tuition & Payments

Tuition is billed monthly and reserves the student’s place in their selected program.

Payment policies:

• Tuition remains consistent throughout the academic year.
• Payments are processed according to the selected billing method.
• Families are responsible for keeping payment information up to date.
• Processed tuition payments are non-refundable.

Attendance & Rescheduling

Regular attendance helps students maintain consistent progress.

Attendance guidelines:

• Please notify the academy at least 24 hours before a scheduled class if changes are needed.
• Eligible absences may be rescheduled according to academy policy.
• Missed classes without proper notice may not qualify for rescheduling or credits.

Schedule Changes & Closures

The academy follows an annual schedule that includes holidays, breaks, and planned closures.

If schedule changes occur, the academy may provide:

• a rescheduled class
• a substitute instructor
• another suitable arrangement

Cancellation & Withdrawal

If a student decides to stop attending a program:

• Written notice is required at least 30 days before withdrawal.
• Previously processed tuition payments are non-refundable.

Photo & Media Policy

Photos and videos may be captured during academy activities, including classes, performances, workshops, and events.

Media may be used for:

• website content
• social media
• academy promotional materials

Families who prefer not to participate may request to opt out.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling at Modesto Academy of Music & Design, families agree to follow academy policies
and guidelines.
