Yes. You may request a change to your lesson length at any time. While we will do our best to keep your current lesson time, it cannot always be guaranteed due to scheduling. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

We understand that illness, family emergencies, and occasional scheduling conflicts happen. Each student is eligible for one make-up lesson per quarter (up to four make-up lessons per year). Unused make-up lessons do not roll over to the next quarter. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to qualify for a make-up lesson.

Our tuition is based on 45 lessons per academic year, as outlined in our annual calendar. Because of holidays and school breaks, some months may include five lessons, while others may include four or even three. Your monthly tuition remains the same throughout the year, making it easy to budget while guaranteeing your 45 annual lessons. You will never be charged extra for months with five lessons.

No. All scheduling, tuition, attendance, and make-up requests are handled through our office. This centralized system helps prevent scheduling conflicts and allows our teachers to focus on providing the highest quality instruction.

If you need to reschedule a lesson, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust the schedule and offer you a new available time. Requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Yes! We offer a trial lesson for $42 with no commitment required. It’s a great opportunity to meet the instructor, experience our teaching approach, and decide if the program is the right fit for your child.
